Oh wow, it is three years( I mean 36 months) already and I am still here. What a feat!. I started working at Letshego Micro Finance Bank after a 7 years wait.
It took GOD, my family, Avm Femi Gbadebo, mummy Alaba Gbadebo and the enitre Benola family, Pastor Ituah Ighodalo, Mr Abioye and Theseabilities foundation, Mrs Tolulope Opayinka( MD Letshego MFB) and the Letshego family, persistence, favour, hard work, a good attitude and the right mentality to get me to where I am today.
Theseabilities Foundation has joined the University of Lagos Eco-Innovation Knowledge Exchange Centre Consortium (Eco-KEC)—a select group of institutions collaborating to develop the operational framework for the UNILAG Eco-Innovation Knowledge Exchange Centre.
The Centre is being established by the University of Lagos in collaboration with the Lancaster University Centre for Global Eco-Innovation and with support from the Impact Investors Foundation.
It will connect academia, industry, government, civil society, and development partners to advance research translation, entrepreneurship, knowledge exchange, and scalable responses to environmental and sustainability challenges.
We conduct training and development programmes that promote inclusion and accessibility in communities, workplaces and homes.
We organise career fairs as well as offer employability skill-readiness services to qualified persons with disabilities, in preparation for the dynamic work environment. We assist companies develop policies on inclusion and accessibility.
